What we track

  • Sent / delivered / bounced — SMTP2GO delivery webhooks
  • Opened — open tracking (unique + total)
  • Clicked — link click tracking
  • Unsubscribed — our opt-out link + SMTP2GO complaint
  • Failed — provider errors (retried via django.tasks)

SMS: delivery + STOP via SMTP2GO SMS API (no “opens”). Postcards: Lob/Click2Mail in-transit status, not opens.
